Designed to cover certain legal fees, judgments or settlements resulting from claims and litigation brought against you for the services you provide, this combination policy addresses many of the deficiencies found within the online marketplace.

Integrity Partner E&O with Cyber Liability

Additional coverage

 As an agent, you can face risk exposure from the fiduciary duties you perform. This coverage includes ERISA and vicarious liability to more fully protect you. Protection is included for life and health and fixed and indexed annuities.

Cyber protection

 Our E&O coverage automatically includes Cyber Liability to protect against the growing threat of cyber risks, including breaches, malware, system disruptions and more. A $250,000 limit is included, with a $100,000 sublimit for legal forensics and a $2,500 deductible.

Individual limits

 We offer individual policy limits, rather than shared limits, for better peace of mind. Our E&O coverage is offered with various policy limits per claim or in the aggregate starting at $1 million. This policy also features a $0 deductible for all products except Series 6, which has a $2,500 deductible.

Competitive pricing

 For professionals selling life and health and fixed annuity products, policies begin with $265 premiums* and a $0 deductible. For qualifying accounts, Series 6 Products coverage is available for a slightly higher premium.
